Appeal court sacks Jimoh Ibrahim, names Eyitayo Jegede as the new PDP candidate. Justice Ibrahim Saulawa of the Appeal court in Abuja has ordered the reinstatement of Eyitayo Jegede as the new PDP candidate.
Justice Okon Abang earlier judgement which declared Mr. Ibrahim as the candidate has been set aside by the Appeal court.
